It will help you provide you clarity within your life or business, while leaning out 3 years in the future, and being able to describe the business as if you were walking around it. This will help create your vision, so you can share it with the people in your culture to help you accomplish your goals. “When everyone can see what you can see, they’ll help conspire to make that come true.”
