Todays Guest is Dave Van Horn! Dave Van Horn is President at PPR, The Note Company. – An operating entity that manages several funds that buy/sell and hold residential mortgages, both performing and delinquent. Dave has been in the Real Estate business for over 25 years, starting out as a Realtor and contractor and moving onto everything from fix and flips to Raising Private Money.

PPR has been in the mortgage advisory and fund management business since 2007. It acts as advisor to several investment funds that acquire distressed residential debt nationwide. PPR’s funds manage 1st and 2nd mortgages (Notes), as well as REO properties.

Dave’s goal is to bring investors unique opportunities to build wealth and create passive income through investing in real estate notes.

Most recently Dave wrote the book on Real Estate Note Investing teaching others how to use mortgage notes to passively and massively increase your income!
